  • AT 6 AM leave Goosfandsar 
  • Climb up near shelter
  • Sleep in “Bargahe Sevvom”
  • (Altitude: 4280m)
  • Acclimatisation tour
  • Climb to 5000m altitude at 8:00 AM and back to Bargahe Sevvom
  • Climb Mt. Damavand at 3:00AM and go down near shelter
  • Drive back to tehran
