Overview
Best of Nepal tour covers important and significant sites of Nepal. This is a glimpse of Nepal which covers Temples of Kathmandu, Monuments, Flora and Fauna, and Pokhara. This tour takes you through the main attractions of Kathmandu which includes various religious and cultural sites of Kathmandu such as Pashupatinath, Swayambhunath, Bouddhanath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan and Bhaktapur Durbar Square.

This tour also gives you an opportunity to explore different regions of Nepal, the cultural city of Pokhara with wonderful scenery of Annapurna range and famous lakes, waterfalls, Caves and Museum. Then, visit lowland to explore flora and fauna at Chitwan National Park in Terai region.

Upon arrival at Kathmandu Tribhuwan International Airport, we will greet you and take you to your Hotel. We meet later on that day or the following day ( as per your convenient) to take you to our head office to brief you on your upcoming tour with us. If your flight arrives before dinner time, we will take you to one of the most popular local restaurants with delicious Nepalese food, cultural music and ethnic dance. This will give you a glimpse into the different ethnic groups of the country. If you arrive late in the evening we can do this the next day.
After breakfast, you will begin a city tour of Kathmandu where you will see the main attractions of the valley. On this tour you will visit the Boudhnath Stupa, Pashupatinath temple, Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple), and Kathmandu Durbar Square (the old palace). After finishing the city tour, we will meet again to check your clothing and trekking equipment (sleeping bag, down jacket and trekking boots). Overnight in Kathmandu.
After breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Royal Chitwan National Park which is 5 hours drive. After check in to your hotel, welcome drink and followed by lunch then we will take you to visit Tharu village where you can meet Tharu people and its museum. After sunset tour at the river you will be entertained with Tharu stick dance around the bonfire and different cultural shows performed by Tharu which is a popular ethnic group of Nepal. Overnight at the Hotel.
After breakfast, you will spend a full day of safari activities, canoeing ride and visit the elephant breeding centre in Chitwan National Park. If time permits, we will take you to view many amazing annimals suc as rhinos, Chitwan's royal Bengal tiger, leopards, monkeys, different types of deer and reptiles, including jungle walk. Overnight at the Hotel.
Before breakfast, we will take you to bird watching tour. After breakfast, we drive to Pokhara (4 hours) with beautiful scenery on the way - mountain terrain, waterfalls, jungles and many small towns. After you arrive Pokhara, you will see the Annapurna panorama views with beautiful lake. In the evening, walk around the lake and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, proceed for city tour to visit a famous water fall, Gupteswor cave, Fewa lake, Bindabasani temple, Seti river gorge and museum. You will have an excellent view of Annapurnas from the city and we will have an hour boating trip around the lake. Overnight at the hotel.
Early morning, drive to Sarangkot to watch sunrise with panoramic views of Annapurnas. Drive down to Pokhara Hotel for breakfast and then drive (or option for flight) to Kathmandu. It is a scenic drive through Prithivi Highway. Arrives in Kathmandu in late afternoon and we will enjoy our last night dinner together. Overnight at the hotel.
Today is the last day of the trip with us. If you would like to extend your holiday with us, you can. Otherwise we will take you to the airport as per your departure time.
