Bendigo is a city in Victoria, Australia. Originally a gold rush boom town, it's home to the mid-1900s Central Deborah Gold Mine. Vintage Talking Trams run through the city, providing audio commentary on gold mining history. The Golden Dragon Museum celebrates the area's Chinese heritage through artefacts and artwork. Established in 1858, Bendigo Pottery offers pot-making workshops and ceramics displays.

Bendigo Gold Mine Adventure
Underground Goldmine
See the life of a miner from the inside, with our underground adventures.
Put on overalls, hard hat & miner’s lamp, venture to the heart of the mine, 85 metres below the surface. Climb ladders, work the drills and hunt for riches. You get to keep the gold you find.
Tour also includes Morning coffee & chocolate plus Afternoon tea in the underground Crib Room, all transport and entrance fees.

Bendigo 9 Levels of Darkness
Put on overalls, hard hat & miner’s lamp, drop 228 metres underground in the original miners cage to Level 9 of the mine. Climb ladders, work the drills & learn how to set a charge. You get to keep the gold you find. You will be underground for 4.5hrs.
Tour includes lunch in the underground Crib Room, all transport & entrance fees. You get to keep your miners backpack as a memento.
